The Academy of Music Anniversary Concert and Ball has a new look!
Dinner will precede the Concert with the Ball to follow at the Academy of Music.
Please join us for an evening you will always remember…

The Concert will begin at 8:30pm followed by the Ball at 10:00pm which will be held entirely in the Academy of Music and feature fabulous dance bands, champagne, cocktails, post-concert fare, dessert and coffee.

F.A.Q.

What is white tie?
This is the most formal of evening attire. The gentleman wears a long black dinner jacket with tails. A white pique vest is worn over his formal shirt and a white pique bow tie is also worn. If he is a diplomat, he may wear his pins with the colors of his country on his dinner jacket.

Ladies should wear floor length gowns.

What do I wear if I am only going to the concert?
Business or business casual attire is appropriate.

What time should I arrive?
You should plan to arrive at the Academy of Music at 8:00 PM. This will give you ample time to check your belongings and find your seat. The concert will begin promptly at 8:30 PM.

From I-76 East: Take I-76 East towards Philadelphia to I-676 East and exit at Broad Street. Turn right at the exit and proceed south on 15th Street towards Locust Street to enter the vicinity of the Academy of Music.

From I-95: Take I-95 North to the Broad Street exit. Follow north to Locust Street (approximately three miles).

From Benjamin Franklin Bridge: Take first exit on 8th Street to Spruce Street. Continue west to Broad Street, turn right one block to Locust Street.

From Walt Whitman Bridge: Take Broad Street exit. Follow Broad Street to Locust Street (approximately three miles).
