Sound All Around

For children, ages 3-5. Enter the captivating world of classical music with this free, interactive program with Philadelphia Orchestra musician Yumi Kendall and award-winning storyteller Charlotte Blake Alston. Children will listen to stories with music, sing songs, pretend to play an instrument, and examine the cello up close. This 45-minute concert will introduce the audience to an important member of the string family, and is a great way for kids, families, daycares, and school groups to have fun with music. Sound All Around was named as Philadelphia magazine's Best of Philly® 2007 Best Music Program.
