Letter to eZseatU

Dear eZseatU Member,

It’s been a wonderful start to the 2011-12 Philadelphia Orchestra season and the fourth year of the eZseatU program. At the same time, we are aware that eZseatU members have faced some challenges with web transactions.

While not everyone has been affected by these problems, for those of you who have, we sincerely apologize. The eZseatU program is designed to make the music of The Philadelphia Orchestra more accessible to you, and your experience—as with all patron experiences—is of highest priority to us. As a result we are working hard to resolve all currently existing issues.

With regard to the speed with which eZseatU tickets have been selling out, the eZseatU program has been growing in popularity each year. Increased membership and immensely popular programs have contributed to the rush of securing the tickets to concerts certain to sell out. We are continuing to develop “My Account” upgrades for eZseatU members so that errors when reserving and purchasing additional tickets will no longer occur. All of these factors indicate to us that we must dedicate additional resources in order to sustain this incredible program and keep our members happy.

We are thrilled to have you as part of the Philadelphia Orchestra family. We will continue to update you on our progress in addressing these issues. Your continued thoughts and feedback on the program are always welcome.

Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to seeing you in Verizon Hall again soon.

Sincerely,

Janice Hay
