Maestro's Circle Music is enough for a lifetime, but a lifetime is not enough for music. – Rachmaninoff

The Philadelphia Orchestra is recognized throughout the world for its lush sound and powerful music-making, which is created at each and every concert by our extraordinarily talented musicians. The thousands of donors who sustain this great Orchestra, and its “sound,” are led by our Maestro’s Circle members, who are passionately committed to sustaining that tradition and insuring that it reaches audiences around the world.

The musicians of the Orchestra have a special relationship with the members of the Maestro’s Circle, sharing experiences in and out of the concert hall – in homes, on the private train to Carnegie Hall, and at numerous special events. These occasions provide opportunities for learning together, sharing stories, and, of course, laughter. Our musicians value this time with their partners in bringing the “Philadelphia Sound” to the international stage.

Great civilizations are indeed identified by their culture, and Philadelphia is fortunate to have what many believe is the most magnificent orchestra in the United States – if not the world – to call its own. Maestro’s Circle members are invested in their continued success and through their generous support they insure that the glorious sound of The Philadelphia Orchestra remains synonymous with the power of music.
