This will be the world premiere performance of Niao Qing Si (An Interrupted Dream) by Du Wei, the winner of a Chinese nation-wide juried competition. The grand prize of this competition includes the world premiere performance of the winner’s piece by The Philadelphia Orchestra at this concert.
