Patrons with Special Needs
For our handicapped patrons, wheelchair-accessible seating is available throughout Perelman Theater and Verizon Hall. The Kimmel Center is wheelchair accessible from the entrances on Broad St. and Spruce St. All restrooms on all levels are accessible.
A limited number of ADA-compliant parking spaces are available in the underground garage on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchair-accessible elevators are located in the garage. Call 215.575.4018 for details.
For our hearing impaired patrons, assisted listening devices are available, with a deposit of a valid ID, at the Kimmel Center coat-check desk (located on the north side of the Kimmel Center’s lower level)
Large-print programs are available for all Philadelphia Orchestra subscription performances at the house manager's office in the main lobby.
