We are dedicated to serving our patrons with special needs.

For our handicapped patrons, wheelchair-accessible seating is available throughout Verizon Hall and the Perelman Theater. The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts is wheelchair accessible from the east lobby entrance on Broad Street and the north lobby entrance on Spruce Street. Both entrances are at the sidewalk level. Every level of Verizon Hall and the Perelman Theater is accessible by either a level floor or ramps, or both. All restrooms on all levels are accessible.

A limited number of ADA-compliant parking spaces are available in the underground garage on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchair-accessible elevators are located in the garage. Call 215.575.4018 for details.

For our hearing-impaired patrons, assisted listening devices are available, with deposit of a valid ID, at the Kimmel Center Coat-Check Desk (located one-half floor below the main lobby).

Large-print programs are available for all Philadelphia Orchestra performances at the House Manager’s Office and at the Patron Service Desk in the main lobby as well as on each level of the Kimmel Center. Please ask an usher for assistance.
