1. What is my username?
Your username is generally the email address you have used for online ticket purchases. If you have recently changed your email address when purchasing tickets, your username may be a former email address.

2. Why do I need a username and log in?
In order to issue tickets, all patrons must have an account. Your username and password for the Free Lawn tickets is the same as your username and password for all regular Philadelphia Orchestra concerts and Mann Center performances as well as Kimmel Center Presents, Broadway at the Academy, and other Kimmel Center resident company ticket purchases.

3. What if I forgot my username?
Your username is generally the email address you used in an online ticket purchase. If you have recently changed your email address when purchasing online ticket or updating your account information, your login may be a formerly used email address. If both your current and former email addresses are not working, please fill out the customer service form here and your username can be email to you.

4. What if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, use this Forgot password link to have your password emailed to you.

5. I’m getting the message that my email is invalid, what do I do?
This message is appearing because our system has not recognized this email address as belonging to an existing account in our database. Please enter the same email address in the login field and click on the Forgot Password link and your password will then be emailed to you so that you can login.

6. Can I acquire a free lawn ticket if I do not have an email address?
An email address is required to purchase Free Lawn Tickets.

7. I’m unable to access the Free Lawn tickets.
Try closing your browser and go to www.manncenter.org/freelawn and log in again making sure the FREELAWN promotion code is appearing at the time of login.

8. How many free lawn tickets can I acquire?
Patrons may acquire up to four (4) tickets per performance. Each ticket is good to admit one (1) patron to one (1) concert during the Philadelphia Orchestra’s 2008 series at the Mann.

9. Only $10 tickets are populating for the concert to which I want free lawn tickets, what do I do?
If $10 tickets are still populating for the selected concert, this means that the Free Lawn tickets have sold-out for this concert. You now have the option to attend the concert by purchasing the $10 lawn tickets or you can select a different concert where Free Lawn tickets are available.

10. What is my Patron ID?
Your Patron ID is a series of numbers that are unique to your account. This ID can be found in the confirmation email. If you can not locate this number, please complete the online assistance form and your Patron ID can be emailed to you.

 

11. What is my Order Number?
Your Order Number is a series of numbers used to identify a ticket reservation. This number can be found in the confirmation email. If you can not locate this number, please complete the online assistance form and the Order Number can be emailed to you.

12. Where do I pick-up my free lawn tickets?
All free lawn tickets are print-at-home tickets. Tickets will populate for printing when the order is complete. If necessary, you can reprint tickets by using the link provided in the confirmation email or by visiting www.philorch.org/freelawnreprint.

13. What if I do not have a printer?
Patrons have the ability to visit www.philorch.org/freelawnreprint to reprint tickets when they are at a location with a printer, such as a local library. Patron ID and Order Number will be required to print tickets and can be found in the confirmation email sent after reserving your free lawn tickets.

14. How do I reprint my free lawn tickets?
Tickets can be reprinted by visiting www.philorch.org/freelawnreprint. You will be asked to complete the form with your patron ID and order number which can be found in the confirmation email that was sent when the tickets were reserved. Please note that once you reprint your free lawn tickets, any previously printed tickets will no longer be valid.

15.When can I purchase $10 lawn seats if the Free Lawn tickets are sold-out?
$10 Lawn tickets for The Philadelphia Orchestra will go on-sale on Monday, June 2. Tickets can be purchased online, at the Mann Center Box Office, or by calling 215.893.1999. (Additional fees apply.).
