Visit the Subscriber Services Center during regular business hours (M-F 9 am-5 pm). The Center is located at 1420 Locust Street, Suite 320, behind the Academy of Music. For your convenience, a Subscriber Services Representative is available 45 minutes before every subscription concert at the Subscriber Services Booth, next to the Kimmel Center box office. This individual can assist you with general information and give special assistance to subscribers and eZseat members who have lost their tickets or wish to make exchanges.
