Unlimited Free and Flexible Ticket Exchanges
As a subscriber, you can exchange your tickets to any Philadelphia Orchestra subscription concert at no additional cost. Log in to My Account with your e-mail address and password to exchange your tickets online. You can also call Ticket Philadelphia at 215.893.1999 or visit the Kimmel Center Box Office.
Tickets cannot be exchanged after the performance has occurred. Forty-eight hour notice is appreciated. Exchanges subject to availability.
Did you know? Exchange your subscription tickets early in the season before concerts are sold out and receive the best availability.
Priority Seating on all subscription orders at up to 10% off regular box office prices.
Discount on Additional Single Tickets to all Philadelphia Orchestra concerts at the Kimmel Center. Single tickets are not refundable or exchangeable, and discount does not apply to Orchestra and First Tier box seats.
Advance Single Ticket Purchase Opportunity to all Philadelphia Orchestra concerts at the Kimmel Center with your renewal, months before the season goes on sale to the general public.
Ticket Turn-In if you can't attend a concert. Donate your tickets and receive a tax-deductible credit by calling 215.893.1999. Twenty-four hour notice is appreciated.
Free Ticket Replacement if you lose your tickets.

Pre-paid Discount Parking at the Avenue of the Arts garage (northwest corner of Spruce and 15th Streets) for your subscription concerts. Cost is only $13.75 per concert when purchased in advance for your entire subscription series. Pre-paid parking is not available for Friday afternoon concerts.
Personal Service is provided especially for subscribers by Subscriber Services. Visit the Subscriber Serivces booth located near the Information Desk prior to the start of any subscription performance or call 215.893.1955 to speak to a Subscriber Services representative.
