PHILADELPHIA ORCHESTRA SUBSCRIBER BENEFITS
UNLIMITED FLEXIBLE EXCHANGES
Exchange your tickets to any other subscription concert either by calling Ticket Philadelphia at 215.893.1999 ($5 per ticket fee) or by visiting the Kimmel Center Box Office (no fee). Tickets cannot be exchanged after the performance has occurred. Forty-eight hour notice is appreciated. Exchanges are subject to availability. This benefit is exclusively for full-series subscribers.

Did you know? Exchange your subscription tickets early in the season before concerts are sold out and receive the best availability.

PRIORITY SEATING on all subscription orders at up to 16% off regular box office prices.

DISCOUNT ON ADDITIONAL SINGLE TICKETS to all Philadelphia Orchestra concerts at the Kimmel Center. Single tickets are not refundable or exchangeable, and discount does not apply to Orchestra and 1st Tier box seats.

ADVANCE SINGLE TICKET PURCHASE OPPORTUNITY to all Philadelphia Orchestra concerts at the Kimmel Center with yourrenewal, months before the season goes on sale to the general public.

TICKET TURN-IN if you can't attend a concert. Donate your tickets and receive a tax-deductible credit by calling 215.893.1999. Twenty-four hour notice is appreciated.

FREE TICKET REPLACEMENT if you lose your tickets. We’ll replace lost tickets free of charge! Just call 215.893.1955 or stop by the Box Office when you arrive for the concert.

PRE-PAID DISCOUNT PARKING at the Avenue of the Arts Garage (northwest corner of Spruce and 15th Sts.) for your subscription concerts. Cost is only $12.50 per concert when purchased in advance for your entire subscription series.

POSTLUDE RECITALS
These intimate Postlude Recitals, initiated by Maestro Eschenbach, feature a wide range of chamber music repertoire performed by guest artists or Philadelphia Orchestra musicians. They follow select subscription concerts throughout the season and are free to ticket holders.

MEET AND MINGLES
Get to know the musicians of The Philadelphia Orchestra and join them for an informal chat in Commonwealth Plaza immediately following select concerts.

MUSIC+ CONCERT ENHANCEMENTS
IN-CONCERT LIVE-IMAGE PROJECTION
For those who like to be in the center of the music, these concerts feature large screens above the Orchestra located in front of the Conductor’s Circle. Live video captured by 12 robotic cameras in Verizon Hall is projected onto these screens, giving you an up-close view of Orchestra musicians, conductors, and soloists.

POSTLUDE RECITALS
Explore the music further. Following select concerts, those who wish to stay for a Postlude Recital are invited to move to the Orchestra level for an intimate recital featuring a wide range of chamber music repertoire performed by guest artists and/or Philadelphia Orchestra musicians. Postlude Recitals are free to all ticket holders.

SPEAKING FROM THE STAGE
Get personal with music from those who know it best. These concerts feature brief spoken insights into the music from Orchestra musicians, conductors, and soloists.

PRE- AND POST-CONCERT SOCIAL EVENTS
Make attending a concert a special night out and have even more fun. These concerts feature interactive social opportunities to gather with other audience members and Orchestra musicians.
