How to reserve your tickets
Step 1: Once you've registered your email address, you will receive weekly APPLE e-mails with links to reserve free general admission tickets for available concerts.
Step 2: Through the reservation link in your e-mail, you can reserve up to two free tickets for the concerts listed.
Step 3: Once the tickets are in your cart, please complete the reservation. You will receive confirmation of your order as well as a general admission ticket in a separate e-mail.
All ticket transactions through APPLE must be completed online. APPLE ticket reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation requests made at the Box Office or over the phone cannot be honored for security purposes. All reservations are final and ticket exchanges are not permitted. Parking, Volvér dinners, and donations can be added to your transactions, but at the expense of the patron.
How to redeem your tickets
Step 1: Please arrive at the Kimmel Center at least 15 minutes prior to the concert start time. You will need to bring your school ID and general admission tickets to enter the concert.
Step 2: Once at the Kimmel Center, please visit the APPLE table to have your general admission tickets scanned to receive your seating assignment.
