Regretfully, tonight's performance of All Rachmaninoff, has been canceled due to current weather conditions. Although it is exceedingly rare for The Philadelphia Orchestra to cancel a concert due to snow, the decision was made after evaluating numerous factors related to the storm.
Both Governor Corbett and Mayor Nutter have asked people, if possible, to stay off the roads. It is clear that our patrons and Orchestra musicians would be challenged to attend this evening's concert.
As a ticket holder to tonight's performance you have three options--exchange your tickets into another subscription concert prior to the close of the season in May, donate your tickets back to the Orchestra, or request a refund.
We recommend you call tomorrow as call volumes are very high today and patron services will close at 4:30 this evening.
To make arrangements, please contact Ticket Philadelphia e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, log on to make exchanges through My Account, or call patron services at 215.893.1999.
