Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin will lead The Philadelphia Orchestra in its 2014 Opening Night Concert and Gala. Yannick and French superstar Jean-Yves Thibaudet will play four-hand piano together, surprise ensembles from the Orchestra add their musical charm to the evening, and the program will culminate in an unforgettable La Valse by Ravel. The fun continues at the gala dinner following the concert in the Kimmel Center, a celebration this year that asks you to exchange your usual black tie for "Cocktail Attire à la française."

This year the Philadelphia Orchestra is proud to present at Opening Night The Philadelphia Orchestra Award to the Wyncote Foundation and its board members David Haas, Frederick R. Haas, and Leonard C. Haas. Click here to learn about the Philadelphia Award Presentation.

RSVP as a Principal Benefactor or Premium Sponsor to join Yannick at an exclusive reception on September 23. A special surprise awaits attendees--Yannick invites you to join him on stage at Verizon Hall for a brief private piano performance.
