Ticket Exchanges

The Philadelphia Orchestra has a flexible 24-hour notice ticket exchange policy. If you are not able to attend your concert you may exchange your tickets for another performance in the same season. A $10.00 per-ticket fee will be applied for Single Ticket purchases, Subscribers can exchange fee-free.

If you are exchanging a lower priced ticket for a more expensive ticket you will be charged the difference in price. If you downgrade your ticket to a lower price seat the difference in price will be kept by The Philadelphia Orchestra.

Tickets can be exchanged by phone at 215.893.1999 Tuesday–Friday 10AM–6PM, or under My Account.

Special Events and Sound All Around performances are not eligible for exchanges.

All exchanged tickets are subject to availability. Tickets may not be exchanged once a concert has passed. Please destroy outdated tickets.

Donate Your Tickets

Anyone who cannot use their tickets is invited to donate their tickets and receive a tax-deductible credit by calling 215.893.1999. 24-hour notice is appreciated.
