Patron & Ticket Holder Information
We are looking forward to an exhilarating 2016-17 season, performances will resume with the Simon Rattle Concert on Thursday, October 6 at 8 p.m. at Verizon Hall at The Kimmel Center.
Ticketholders to canceled concerts have several options for managing their tickets: They may apply the value of the tickets towards another Orchestra concert later in the season, donate the value of their tickets back to the Orchestra, or request a refund.
You may log in to “My Account” with your user name and password to manage your tickets directly through the “Credit On Account” section.
