Subscription Information: Fall 2021 Season

We understand the level of uncertainty that the pandemic has created in all our lives. Subscribe and reserve your tickets confidently knowing that we will do all that we can to accommodate you as we return to performances with live audiences in Verizon Hall. Subscribers enjoy the ultimate in flexibility with fee-free exchanges.

Subscriber Services is available to discuss your subscription and ticketing options at any point during the 2021–22 season.

Subscription Offerings

In alignment with public health guidelines as of June 23, 2021, seating in Verizon Hall will be open at full capacity for all fall 2021 performances. To allow patrons the most flexibility,  the fall portion of the 2021–22 season features Verizon Hall and Digital Stage Create-Your-Own subscriptions, available for purchase online and by phone at 215.893.1955.

If you would like to pay for your fall 2021 subscription by check, please call Subscriber Services at 215.893.1955. You can place your subscription order over the phone and then will receive an invoice in the mail for which you can then pay by check.

Please note: We will not be able to offer subscribers the opportunity to renew their regular seats or new subscribers to create a fixed-seat package during the fall portion of the 2021–22 season. Traditional fixed-seat subscriptions from the COVID-19 impacted 2019–20 and 2020–21 seasons will be available for renewal for the second half of the 2021–22 season beginning in January.

Subscription Add-on Tickets

Verizon Hall and Digital Stage subscribers can continue to add concerts to their package at any time at the special subscription rates! 

As an additional benefit, Verizon Hall subscribers can purchase Digital Stage tickets for just $10 per concert. Verizon Hall Subscribers can use promo code SUBSAVINGS22 during checkout to apply these savings.

Subscription Ticket Exchanges

Have a schedule conflict or don’t feel comfortable attending a performance? Verizon Hall and Digital Stage subscribers can rest easy knowing that they have unparalleled flexibility with their tickets. At any point during the fall 2021 season, subscribers can exchange their tickets for different programs, dates, and seats without paying additional exchange fees.

Verizon Hall and Digital Stage subscribers can complete a ticket exchange by contacting Subscriber Services at [email protected] or by phone at 215.893.1955.

Please note that the per-ticket exchange fee is waived for all subscription ticket exchanges. However, when exchanging into a higher priced Verizon Hall section or concert, additional charges will be incurred. All exchange requests must be made 24 hours prior to the Verizon Hall and Digital Stage performance start time of the originally purchased ticket.

Subscription Payment Plans

There are several payment plans to fit any budget, making it easy to subscribe. Order early, take advantage of our payment plans, and still get the best seats. 

Subscribers will be billed according to the payment schedule selected during check-out and the charges will appear as “Philadelphia Orchestra.” Please note that an additional $5.00 fee will be charged per payment and final payment will be billed on September 7, 2021.

A Note for 2019–20 and 2020–21 Verizon Hall Fixed-Seat Subscribers: 

Due to the originally planned implementation of the temporary stage extension and socially distanced seating for fall 2021 performances, we will not be able to offer subscribers the opportunity to renew their regular seats or create a fixed-seat package during the fall portion of the 2021–22 season. You can create your own subscription package from the concerts and seats available this fall.  

Traditional fixed-seat subscriptions from the COVID-19 impacted 2019–20 and 2020–21 seasons will be available for renewal for the winter/spring 2022 portion of the 2021–22 season. More details about that portion of the 2021–22 season will be made available in early September.

Fall 2021 Create-Your-Own subscriptions purchased between May 5, 2021, and June 22, 2021, were subject to COVID-19 related safety parameters such as socially distanced pod seating and an overall reduced capacity. Restrictions on capacity and socially distant seating were lifted by the Orchestra as of June 23, 2021. Any patron who subscribed during this time and would like to make any adjustments to their subscription due to these updates is welcome to contact Subscriber Services at 215.893.1955 or [email protected]
