We are thrilled to announce the return of in-person donor benefits and events this year, with additional digital benefits and Digital Stage concerts for those who are not yet ready to return.
Below is more information about donor benefits through December 2021. This includes detailed changes we are making this season as we navigate evolving health and safety guidelines.
As of September 18, 2021, the Kimmel Cultural Campus is joining performing arts centers across the nation in requiring that all patrons provide proof of full vaccination to attend all indoor public performances and events, including Orchestra performances at the Kimmel Center and Academy of Music. Patrons must receive their final vaccine dose at least 14 days prior to the date of the performance.
Proof of a negative COVID test will not be accepted, with the exception of children under the age of 12. Children under 12 will be required to show a negative test result of a PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event.
All patrons are required to wear masks inside the venues at all times except when consuming food or beverages in designated locations. For more information visit philorch.org/plan-your-visit.
We will provide a robust spring event schedule, closer to the end of the calendar year.
We would like to highlight the following changes to our fall benefits:
Open Rehearsals: To thank you for your generosity while Verizon Hall was closed to the public, we are pleased to welcome you to the first Open Rehearsal of the 2021–22 season on November 18, 2021.
This Open Rehearsal is being offered as a complimentary bonus in addition to your standard ticket allocation. All donors may attend but will need tickets for entry.

You will receive your full allocation of Open Rehearsal tickets for the year when we announce our spring season.
Members of $2,500 or more, there will be no intermission reception this fall.
Backstage Tours: Tours will not be offered this fall but will hopefully resume in the spring.
Meet the Artists: We will host only digital Meet the Artists events (formerly known as the Salon Series) this fall to all donors.
Information about digital events will be available soon. In-person Meet the Artists events will resume when health and safety standards allow.
Tier 1 Founders’ Lounge: All concerts in the fall 2021 season will be performed without intermission. This will affect access to the Founders' Lounge, which is traditionally open prior to concerts and during intermission. We are exploring other options to enhance your concert experience. We will contact ticket holders prior to concerts with further details about the Founders' Lounge in accordance with current health and safety guidelines.
Presenters Circle Meet and Greet: We are unable to offer backstage access at this time, but we will work closely with each Presenters Circle member to ensure that your sponsorship experience is memorable and meaningful.
