It’s going to be quite a weekend for The Philadelphia Orchestra. On Sunday, September 27, they’ll provide the musical accompaniment for a Mass celebrated by Pope Francis. But the day before, the Orchestra’s crowd-pleasing chops will be on display on a massive stage, treating a huge crowd, both on the Parkway and watching around the world, to their unmatched musicianship.
