With everyone having arrived in Edinburgh, the real business of the tour got underway. The first concert of the Orchestra’s residency at the Edinburgh International Festival was a morning chamber music concert of works by Mozart featuring Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin on the piano along with string principals and Principal Clarinet Ricardo Morales. That afternoon the full Orchestra gathered for the first rehearsal, followed by the evening concert.
