Subscription Ticket Exchanges
Subscribers can rest easy knowing that they have unparalleled flexibility with their tickets. Beginning in mid-July, at any point during the 2023–24 season, subscribers can exchange their tickets for different programs, dates, and seats without paying additional exchange fees. Subscribers only pay the difference if exchanging into a higher-priced section or concert.
Please note: All exchange requests must be made 24 hours prior to the start time of the originally purchased performance.
Subscription Auto Renewal
New this season! Sign up for automatic renewal for future seasons and never worry about missing a deadline, starting with the 2024–25 season. Subscribers who enroll in auto renew will have their order automatically processed and credit card charged following the announcement of the 2024–25 season. Patrons will receive advance notice before their card is charged. Subscribers will be able to add additional concerts to their subscription after the auto renewal is processed. To sign up, simply check the Auto Renew box on the Complete Purchase page.

Subscription Payment Plans
There are several payment plans to fit any budget, making it easy to subscribe. Order early, take advantage of our payment plans, and get the best seats.
Subscribers will be billed according to the payment schedule selected during checkout; charges will appear as “Ticket Philadelphia.” Please note that an additional $5.00 fee will be charged per payment.
