Your Philadelphia Orchestra ticket purchase will appear on your credit card statement as The Philadelphia Orchestra. If your tickets are being mailed to you, it is your responsibility to notify us prior to the performance if you do not receive your tickets so we may reprint them for you upon your presenting the order confirmation, credit card used in the purchase, and proper photo identification.

Artists are subject to change without prior notice and a change of artist is not cause for a refund.

In the event of severe rain or snow, weather updates and performance status are noted on the homepage of www.philorch.org. In the event of a cancellation the complete ticket purchase amount including fees will be placed in your Philadelphia Orchestra account as a credit that can be used for a future purchase or donation. 

Credits will be held for three years from the date they were applied to your account; at that time the credit will expire. If the credit is not used prior to the expiration date and the credit holder has not contacted Patron Services to inform them that the balance will be used it is subject to be returned to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 

All persons entering the theater, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Please check event listing for family-friendly designation. The Philadelphia Orchestra recommended age for concertgoers is 5 years and older.  For family-friendly performances the age is at your discretion.  If there is a disruption of the performance we may ask you to leave the hall.

Latecomers and those who exit during the performance will be seated at the discretion of the facility staff. Copying any performance by camera, audio, or video recording equipment is prohibited. Philadelphia Orchestra events may be recorded and/or photographed for promotional and/or archival purposes. Such documentation may include pictures of individuals in the audience. Your attendance shall be deemed your consent to appear in such photographs without compensation of any kind.
