The City of Philadelphia has recommended that all gatherings of more than 1,000 people be suspended in an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19. All scheduled Philadelphia Orchestra rehearsals, performances, and events through March 23, 2020, are therefore cancelled. The health and safety of all is our top priority.

Join us for the fun and interactive Sound All Around Ensemble Concert. Clap, stomp, sing, and dance with members of The Philadelphia Orchestra and famed storyteller Charlotte Blake Alston as we learn about, and celebrate, music and the orchestra. You'll get an up-close look at all the special instruments we've featured this season and get to hear how they create beautiful music when played together. This weekend's concert includes Sadie's Birthday Adventure, commissioned for the Sound All Around ensemble from Amanda Harberg, which tells the story of a puppy's adventures before her birthday party.
